Please read this agreement carefully before using this service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should not and are not permitted to use the Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users and others who access the Services ("Users").
Please note that this Agreement contains a mandatory dispute arbitration clause that requires the use of arbitration to resolve disputes on an individual basis, rather than jury trials or class actions.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) reproduce, distribute or disclose any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (ii) use any automated system, Including, but not limited to, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., accessing the Services by sending more request messages to the Traveler Translator server than humans do within the same period of time by using traditional online web browsers (except that Traveler Translator grants the operators of public search engines a revocable license to use the network to reproduce material from Traveler Translator for the sole purpose and only to the extent necessary to create a publicly available searchable index of the material, but does not include caching or archiving of such material); (iii) transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempt to interfere with, breach the integrity or security of, or decipher and operate the Services (v) take any action that imposes or may, in our sole discretion, impose an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) upload invalid data, viruses, worms or other (vii) collect or obtain any personally identifiable information from the Services, including account names; (viii) use the Services for any commercial solicitation purpose; (ix) impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with a person or entity; (x) interfere with the proper operation of the Services; (xi) access any content on the Services through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Services; (xii) circumvent our possible Measures taken to prevent or limit access to the Services, including, but not limited to, preventing or restricting the use or copying of any content or imposing functional limitations on the use of the Services or content therein.
We may make changes to the Services without notice; stop providing the Services or features of the Services to you or users in general; or create usage restrictions for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services (including canceling the right to host any website) for any reason, without notice and without liability, including if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated any terms or without any reason. You will continue to be bound by this Agreement following termination for any reason or no reason. Traveler Translator expressly reserves the right to review each user account for excessive space and bandwidth usage and, in its sole discretion, terminate or charge additional fees for accounts that exceed permitted levels.

Certain areas of the Services allow users to post content such as profile information, comments, questions, photos, music and other content or information (any such material submitted, posted, displayed or otherwise made available by a user on the User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You agree not to post User Content that: (i) may cause harm to you, any other person or any animal; (ii) may cause any other risk of loss to any person or property; , ask for personally identifiable information, or otherwise attempt to harm or exploit children; (iv) may constitute or facilitate criminal or tortious conduct; (v) contain information that we believe to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, tortious, invasive of personal privacy or publicity, harassing, insulting (public or otherwise), defamatory, threatening, profane or otherwise objectionable; (vi) contains any information or content that is unlawful (including, without limitation, disclose inside information or another party’s trade secrets); (vii) contain any information or content that you are not entitled to provide under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship; (viii) contain any information or content that you know to be incorrect and up-to-date. You agree that any User Content you post does not and will not infringe third party rights of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property rights (as defined below) or rights of privacy or publicity. If your User Content includes music, you hereby represent that you are the owner of all copyrights, including but not limited to performance, mechanical and sound recording rights to each musical composition (including lyrics) and sound recordings contained in such User Content , and has the right to grant the following licenses. Traveler Translator reserves the right, but is under no obligation to do so, to reject and/or remove any User Content that Traveler Translator, in its sole discretion, believes violates these provisions. You understand that posting your User Content on the Services is not a substitute for registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, Authors Guild of America, or any other rights organization.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patent rights, copyrights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademarks, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights that may now exist or hereafter , and therefore all applications and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof shall be made in accordance with the laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.
You represent, warrant and agree that you have obtained the written consent of each identifiable natural person in your User Content to use the name or likeness of such natural person in the manner set forth in the Services and this Agreement, and that each such natural person has DISCLAIMS YOUR LIABILITY OF ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH USE.
Your User Content and Traveler Translator's use of this Agreement and the Services will not violate any law or infringe any rights of any third party, including without limitation any intellectual property rights and privacy rights. Traveler Translator may enforce its rights in User Content granted by you hereunder without payment of any Guild Fees, residual fees, payments, fees or royalties payable under any collective bargaining agreement or otherwise.

This software and accompanying written materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the licensor expressly disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. No oral or written advice given by Licensor, its distributors, distributors, agents or employees shall create or in any way extend a warranty, and you may not rely on such information or advice in this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Licensor or any other person involved in the creation, production or delivery of the software shall have no liability and shall not pay any amount for incidental, indirect, direct or consequential damages (including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, etc.). YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK FOR THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
